Web Dev/PPC Partner

I am looking to add a partner to my small agency. For the clients I deal with today, I mostly offer the following services:
- ---------- campaigns on facebook, Instagram and google
-Website review, optimization and necessary adjustments
-Landing page design and monitoring

You must have very good English, both spoken and written. Because of the time difference (I am located in Toronto, Canada). I would also like someone who is available for a few hours in the evening you time, so we can do daily meetings in the morning in Toronto.

I am looking for someone that has extensive knowledge in the following areas:
Wordpress Development
Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics
Google Adwords

Some other very beneficial functions that can help elevate the agency would be:
Google Optimize
MySQL
C Panel
React
NodeJS

I am not looking for someone who is perfect in all aspects, as I am willing to add more people once I am able to grow the client roster with the first partner I hire.
