Customer Service - Email (No Phone Call)

I am looking for a customer service representative to join my dropshipping company. You will:
-Answer Facebook comments and inbox
-Monitor Emails and respond (there will be templates provided to you)

If you are interested, you can help with Facebook ads and marketing.
Language: Fluent English writing
Preferred: Have experience being VA/Customer Service Rep with a dropshipping/Shopify business

Currently, we have only 10 hour/month of work, but this might increase later.
