Mortgage Asset Specialist I

Provide superior customer service skills by responding to leads in a timely manner from: internet, direct mail campaigns, radio ads, referrals or other special marketing campaigns
Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate products
Take mortgage loan information by phone and prepare necessary paperwork for mortgage purchase proposals
Provide superior customer service
Maintain compliance with all State regulations and Independence Capital’s Code of Conduct
Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
Work efficiently and accurately
Detail-oriented with demonstrated, careful decision-making skills
Working independently with minimal supervision
Possessing basic computer skills
Willing to learn specific information about the Mortgage industry i.e., appraisals, title reports and mortgage documentation
