Tech Start-Up Looking For A Game/ UX designer - US-based company

The company in Florida is looking for a new addition to our team. Once we find the employee, this job posting will be taken down.

**This person need not be a programmer but should be more of a designer and a product manager.** Very well compensated

What we're looking for:

- Create elegant and intuitive user experiences by incorporating user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for mobile, and web interfaces throughout the design process.
- Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership.
- A first-hand working knowledge of current mobile technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
- Experience designing games for elderly, kids and therapy individuals is a plus
- Experience in conceptualizing games for young kids and elderly is a plus
- Experience with the Unity platform
- Minimalist approach towards games and exercises
- Ability to work with the brand guidelines
- Ability to share clear requirements with the technology team for game/exercise development
- Experience in health and physical therapy industry

Additional information:

Salary / Pay is negotiable & generous, we currently have a team in the Philippines and looking to add. Opportunity to earn a bonus based on performance. Pay is bi-weekly.
