About Me:
Hello! I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest, and I need ongoing assistance with social media management and social media engagement. I'm currently preparing to onboard 3 new SEO clients, and I'm prepping to scale and grow my agency further in the next year. I have some amazing clients, and I do the social media strategy. However, I need a virtual assistant who has a strong understanding of all social media platforms, so they can create the content. I'll give copy, direction, and help optimize the platforms to grow them. I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building people up, so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! I'm happy to offer incentives to pay once our accounts show growth. I would like to hire full-time as soon as possible with the right individual. I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us. My employees have been very happy to work with me. You will be given a chance to talk with my Chief Operating Officer before you are hired.
Here's a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
• strong attention to detail (this is very important as misspelled words on social posts can make my clients look bad)
• ability to create designs in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
• strong understanding of
• light video editing skills
• comfortable putting together or executing an outbound Instagram strategy (likes/comments for accounts)
• ability to proofread content
• understands what type of content looks great on social platforms and can edit or adjust as needed
• can take direction and quickly roll with the punches
Some additional skills that are preferred but not required:
• ability to create gifs (short animated videos that are 30 seconds or less)
• blogging or writing experience
• optimizing posts for SEO
• references improving an Instagram account from a low following to a significantly higher following
• YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest knowledge
