We are looking for someone to join our fast growing and exciting USA Ecommerce company as our SUPERSTAR customer service representative.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the customer service department for our ecommerce company.
- Provide phone support from 8AM - 4PM EST time (in a quiet environment)
- Provide written
- Establish customer service best practices with our existing team.
- Assist in creation of customer service KPI's and improvement metrics
Must have:
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with talking on the phone.
- Quiet space for phone calls (this space must actually be quiet - background noise must be extremely limited)
- Headset preferred
- Fast internet connection
- Ability to work Monday - Friday USA EST time - 8:00am - 4:00PM EST
