Seeking out 3-4 team members for our US Real Estate firm!!

We are seeking a new member of our team who will be working closely with our US-based team. Our next team member must be someone who:

• Can follow instructions and is detail-oriented.
• Screen phone calls to identify the motivation of the potential home sellers.
• Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs, and more.
• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must have a warm, engaging, inviting personality.
• Integrity/Winning/Positive mentality
• Ability to be on-call during business hours for ad hoc meetings

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Social Media.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sales Experience.
• No real estate experience required but preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
• High School Diploma. College not required, but preferred.

Must download the following software:
– Hubstaff
– Skype/Zoom/Messenger
– MS Office

Must have the following hardware:
– updated computer and noise-canceling headset
– High-speed internet connection
– Back-up generator
