Real Estate Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter Needed

I’m seeking to hire a part-time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist in growing my Real Estate investment company! As the company scales, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a full-time position, move into a new position such as team lead, and increase your income through pay raises and uncapped commission. JOB INFO:
- Part Time - 20 hours a week
- Monday - Friday, Call Hours 4:00PM- 8:00PM ET. [Note: Hours may change in the future]
- Base Pay: $4/hr (Training will be $3/hr)
- Commission: $50 per contract signed + $250 per closed deal

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call potential leads using MOJO dialer to see if they’re interested in selling their property
- Qualify leads by gathering additional information about the property and the seller’s situation
- Set appointments with qualified leads

REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable internet connection
- Noise cancelling headset
- Quiet work environment
- Fluent English with no accent
- Telemarketing experience
- Sales experience / understand how to handle objections and rebuttals
- Be able to work on a schedule
