Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for person who has solid project management, Shopify, VA experience.
We are a team of young and successful entrepreneurs with multiple fast growing brands looking to expand and build an online presence. You will have a key role in building out our development teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
==============
Project Management
Web development (updating content, updating products +descriptions)
Social Media engagement
Make recommendations and drive improvements
Minimal 2 hours per day (possibility to move to full-time in the future)
Presenting your findings daily in a google sheets doc.
GMT Time zone friendly

Develops and manages project budgets, schedules, and timelines. Understands the impact of a project to the overall business

Excellent communicator to in both written and verbal formats

Problem Solver – can foresee scenarios and can formulate solutions before any issue arise
Outstanding team management, one who can inspire the team, Mitigates and resolves conflicts, delegates appropriately and leads by example.
Must have an experience in the operations of an Ecommerce stores, 2+ years Shopify Experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Product and supplier research ,sourcing and communication (Aliexpress, Eprolo, Alibaba)
Copy writing or product description writing skills
Social Media engagement (FB, Google ads, Tik Tok Pixel)
Experience with Re-targeting, Understanding funnels, Lifetime value of customers

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
=======================
Experienced in navigating eCommerce stores like Amazon.
Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA and Private labeling experience
