Financial Reporting Software Development - API to Xero required

Hello,

I need webbased software developed for my Accounting Business.

The Software requirements are as follows

OUTCOMES - (see attached report)

1. a report that links to an inputted database or connected database ( Xero - API ) that will provide a monthly review of the business - See Attached

2. A populates set of board / management meetings minutes including action points etc from the report above

3. A simple cashflow generated from the inputted data with options to add figures

INPUTS

1. Inputted Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet for the Month
2. Inputted Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet YTD
3. Budget Figures
4. Cashflow Numbers
5. Action Items during the meeting ( See Report)
6. Company details of Client and Contact Database
7. Various Other Database Inputs


Also need it to be connected to Xero using.
