Experienced Website Administrator for an Australian E-commerce Client Needed ASAP!!!

We're looking for an Experienced WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR to join our growing team for our Australian eCommerce business.


WAGE:
Negotiable, based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
The successful applicant shall have the following;
- Availability between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday AEST (Australian Eastern Standard
Time)
- A quiet and professional working environment (no noises from animals, babies etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Internet and laptop with hardware specs to support work functions required
- Previous relevant experience in writing product descriptions on Shopify is required. Similar writing experience will be considered. Copywriting and Photo Editing are required.
- Highly organised, keen attention to details and can work with less supervision
- With Initiative, resourceful and can think outside the box
- Team player
*Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid, Shopify development and coding is a huge advantage
*Knowledge in Shopify Web Development is an advantage.


THE ONBOARDING PROCESS:
The successful applicant will first reply to this posting explaining why they're suitable for the
Position and will be asked to submit a portfolio or samples of previous jobs done. You will then be scheduled for an initial phone interview and be required to do on the spot assessment of your Shopify knowledge. You will then be asked to join a video chat via Google Hangouts for final screening with the Managing Director of the company. The best applicant shall then be offered a position, a paid trial for a specified period and then a contract.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You shall be responsible for the following tasks to be conducted during business hours.
- Add/Update/Optimise Product Descriptions in Shopify
- Upkeep of Internal Product Registry
- Stock Level and Inventory Management in Shopify
- Add/Update/Optimise Products to Other Sales Channels like eBay (potentially Catch, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace and Amazon)
- Add/Update Product Images
- Help Improve Efficiency of Store-linked Apps in Shopify
- Shopify coding and development
- Report to your Manager

WHAT TYPE OF STORE IS THE JOB FOR?
We currently have e-commerce stores that require creative, administrative and data entry positions for a wide variety of items with niches related to ramps and industrial supplies, ride-on for kids and watersports.
