We aim to provide Innovative Parking Solutions to improve traffic congestions in highly urbanized cities in developing countries such as the Philippines. We are looking for Skilled individuals who can assist us in our expansion plans by generating leads and converting them into ---------- mission and Incentives are given for every closed sale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate Leads and Convert them into Sales

Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

Create and Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.

Perform daily tasks based on assigned work (Personal Assistant)

Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and Site visits.

Respond to customer queries promptly and ---------- velop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.

Stay updated with online marketing trends and competitors.

Hit Monthly Sales Quota : 2 Units Per Month


Requirements:

Skilled in Sales and Marketing.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Creative and resourceful
