Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

Intro:

As a recent digital marketing start-up, Stack Media is looking to rapidly expand to help more real-estate agents and brokers get more listings using Facebook Lead-Gen/Conversion Ads. With the right appointment setter, we hope to close more clients and become an authority in the digital marketing space.

About the Job:

We’re looking for a hard-working cold caller w/ experience in sales to set appointments w/ potential clients for the founder to close on retainer. As our appointment setter you will work on a commission based on $15/ meeting show-up + 10% of initial retainer. These retainers range between $1000-$2000/ client/ month.

With about 20-30 cold calls/hour for 2 hours/day, it is entirely possible to set 2+ meetings per hour with the current call script.

Your job responsibilities will include:

*Calling a list of active seller agents in the United States (given to you daily).
*Following and improving on a call script
*Sending interested leads a scheduling link for them to book a meeting
*Following-up with interested leads who have not booked a meeting

Requirements:

*Experience with cold calling
*Proven track record of success in sales
*General knowledge of social media marketing and real-estate (will train however)
*Ability to organize spreadsheets
