VA FOR E- commerce / social media marketing

We're actively seeking an experienced Shopify VA. This VA would have to demonstrate knowledge of the U.S. market/culture. We would like to have this VA focus on importing products and creating professional product pages with great copy, images/video, and more. Our company is rapidly expanding and looking to onboard someone ASAP. All applicants will have to provide proof of work experience along with examples of other product pages they have built in the past. We're seeking an experienced e-commerce VA with the ability to do the following...

STORE/PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Including but not limited to identifying and sourcing new products to sell from suppliers, listing products, wiring product description, processing orders, shipping, tracking shipping, paying invoices, also managing concerns, returns and refunds, and replying to customers via email and social media.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING/SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING/EMAIL ---------- cluding but not limited to being able to create and source content for digital ads such as video, pictures, and write ad copy. Creating ad campaigns for Facebook/ Instagram for multiple products.


Your Responsibilities:

- Shopify management
- administration and accountancy work (excellent at excel)
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- SEO (optional)
- Ad creation
- Responding to vendor and customer emails
- Outbound emails to customers, vendors, or others.
- Social Media Posts organizing - Email management
- Other miscellaneous online tasks.



This is a Part-time position.


As we grow there will be opportunities for bonuses and your duties will be reallocated to other staff. This opportunity will also turn into a Full-time position with competitive pay, but only after proving you can deliver high-quality work
