JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

I am looking to "recruit" a highly experienced Facebook Ads specialist, with a minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience running Facebook paid ads for your own or your client projects. I run my own agency and I am looking to scale up the volume of clients I manage. I currently run FB Ads campaigns myself and I am very proficient in doing so. However, the objective is for me to focus on the sales/outreach side and client on-boarding. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in their approach to working with me and how I want the FB Ads campaigns structured, this is key. Ideally you will have experience running a range of Ecom/Digital & info product FB Ads campaigns but MAINLY local & national lead generation being the primary focus for now!

Screenshots of recent results/performance will be required to validate knowledge further, see below summary:

1. Can you share examples of FB Ads campaigns you have run successfully? (clearly client confidentiality is paramount so not looking for specifics. Mainly spend/ROAS)

2. What is the average daily ad spend across your ad accounts that you manage? What is the most daily spend you have ever had to manage?

3. What campaign objectives are you best at and why? (e.g Ecom/Digital or info' products/Lead Generation or local business etc)

4. What price points of products/services are you best with? (e.g Low end, under $50, above $100, high end + $500/ +$1k)

5. What is your average ROAS across your various ad accounts, mainly Cold and Retargeting specific!

6. What research do you complete prior to running a FB Ads campaign and how do you take that knowledge into your campaign?

7. When launching a campaign, what is your strategy and why?

8. Which metrics are the most important to look at in your campaign and why?

9. What is your scaling strategy/when do you kill ads that are not performing?

Way of working/hours to be flexible, it's all about performance and results. There is the opportunity to create a long term, successful business relationship that will benefit both parties in terms of financial rewards.

Is that person you? Please reach out, I will test knowledge, no new marketers please, only the most experienced need apply.

Thanks,

Alex
