Manager Amazon's Store

I have a store on Amazon in Dropshipping mode and we are in need of a Virtual Assistant to manage our VA team.
You need to have all the skills of a reseller and know each activity.
- Customer service: Get attention to the responses to customers.
- Refunds - Control all refunds that happen.
- Source Product - Coordinate the product search team and approve the results found on the day.
- Remove Feedback - Look at the feedbacks received daily and remove the negative feedbacks.

10 hour working hours, and if possible recommendations for previous work.
