Social Media Assistant

We're looking for a very unique person to fill this job.

You will be my right hand man/woman.

My personal Social Media assistant who will go a long way with me. If we are a good fit, you don’t have to worry about job security as I prefer long term relationships over profitability.

We're looking for someone that would also enjoy contributing ideas and sharing their thoughts, while they do their job. The end goal is for you to understand the products that we own inside out conceptually so that you can assist me with customer questions and my daily routine tasks.

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet, but please be aware that we will test you on your skill level for each requirement:

- You must be able to start immediately.

- You must be able to work during regular business hours SGT (Singapore Standard Time), 9-6pm.

- Although you will work remotely, you will be in constant contact with me during the ---------- t only chat, but also audio. I normally use WhatsApp – both messaging and calls.

- You should be fluent in English. Both spoken and written. There will be lots of little tasks I will need you to do that will require you to write on my behalf. Some of your primary duties will be:

• Create series of deliverable for target audience on social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogsite.

• Content research and re-purposing for different social media

• Lead nurturing - to convert into Sales meeting for Joshua. Through social media platforms, commenting and building rapport with followers on their posts.

• Being a virtual voice for Joshua on social media, responding to FAQ from followers.

• Work proactively and simultaneously on multiple projects, ensuring consistent design that meet objectives.

• Whatsapp Group Management

• Get Testimonials from Clientele Base
