Customer Service via Call Center and via Email

I'm looking for 6 agents to take care of my customers via phone call and via email:

- Information about products and brand
- Processing orders
- Providing information to current customers about the status of their shipments
- Solving issues in case a product is damaged
- Replay emails

This is for a very LONG-TERM position so I'm looking for serious people. Training will be provided with all the details on how to take care of the customers.

Salary: $2,5 for hour and after 1 month $3 for hour

Schedule:

Atlantic Standard Time

Shift 7 hours each day:

Shift 1: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm (35 hours per week)
Shift 2: Mon-Fri 4pm-11pm (35 hours per week)
Shift 3: Sat-Sun 9am-4pm (14 hours per week)
Shift 4: Sat-Sun 4pm-11am (14 hours per week)
