Empirical Solutions specializes in scientific and financial consulting. We are currently seeking a Google Analytics and Adwords Manager. We would like to help increase targeted traffic and visibility with search engines and through paid advertising across client accounts. This candidate will be responsible for generating search campaigns, as well as implementing techniques and search optimization strategies. Some of these responsibilities will be monitoring rankings, working closely with the marketing department on strategy, technical execution of SEO campaigns, content production, and a variety of other related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and optimize client SEM campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development, and other SEO related activities
Work with the development team to ensure ad attribution and tracking is configured correctly
Perform in-depth and competitive keyword research and strategic analysis
Run SEO audits and make recommendations for improvement
Monitor live digital ad campaigns
Work with the development team to help establish reports against SEO efforts and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Track growth and effectiveness of social media campaigns
Build reports showcasing campaign performance and recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or in a related field
Minimum 2 years of work experience in PPC/SEM
Google Ad Certification in Search, Analytics, Display, and YouTube, not required but preferred
Be knowledgeable and on top of all the latest SEO industry trends and best practices in online marketing and
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
Advanced knowledge in SEO strategies, tactics, and execution
Highly proficient in building, optimizing and ranking local Google My Business profiles
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting skills, and data-driven thinking
Knowledge of Google Search Console
Require strong attention to detail
Experience:
Google Ads: 3 years (Preferred)
Google Analytics: 3 years (Preferred)
Google Search Console: 1 year (Preferred)
Google AdWords: 3 years (Preferred)
PPC Campaign Management: 2 years (Preferred)
