Marketing and Advertising Manager

Hello My name is James Vaughn, I have a growing insurance agency just outside of Portland, Oregon in The US I'm looking for someone to handle my on-line marketing and adverting. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
Must have:
1- Ability to setup and run an effective Google adwords Campaign and analytics,
2- Ability to setup and run an effective Facebook ad Campaign
3- Setup and run Youtube ads.
4- Ability to setup and run an effective an email marketing campaign
5-Person must be creative and have the ability to compete tasks in a timely manner.

These Skills would be nice but not a requirement:
1- Wordpress site building and editing
2- SEO -more than installing plug-ins
3 Advertising Editing and creating skills

I am looking for someone who can understand my profession (insurance) and be able to create high quality and effective campaigns without needing constant guidance, someone who can be pro-active.
