REAL ESTATE DEAL CLOSER (EXPERIENCED REQUIRED)

We are a Real Estate Firm that handles Foreclosures, Tax Deeds, and Wholesaling services.
We are looking for a motivated, self starting, organized, deal closer.

***** ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIED TO SUBMIT A VOICE RECORING TO BE CONSIDERED *****
USD $100 BASE MONTHY PAY + $100-$400 PER EVERY CLOSED DEAL
MONDAY – FRIDAY 12PM – 7PM (EST)
MUST BE ABLE TO CLOSE 3-10 DEALS PER MONTH

Responsibilities:
-Do inbound and outbound calls to homeowners and tell them about how they could benefit from our services in a professional but friendly manner
-Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads!
-Handle objections efficiently
-Properly disposition calls on our system
-Listen and evaluate voicemails for outbound callouts

Qualifications:
-MUST SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH
-Passionate about selling
-Confident to start and hold a conversation with foreigners
-Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
-Able to handle objections effectively
-Ability to follow instructions, and adherent to processes and policies
-Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
