I. Research on Niche: Women Leaders and corporate women, age between 26-35 years old. Ambitious, energetic, busy schedule, fast moving, make it happen people who value vacations, fitness, friends, and their time. They are single, but looking or have a boyfriend, and are not married. They stay connected 24/7, are thirsty to grow, and want a meaningful and successful career.

From what I know their pains are: making mistakes, not being perfect, feeling judged for making wrong choices.

I would like concise trends and information regarding:
1. Groups they join(like gyms, etc.)
2. Top Fears, Struggles & Top Pain Points that keep them up at 2AM
3. Top challenges at work
4. Top books they are buying
5. Top Skills they want to develop
6. Top blogs
7. Top things that drive and motivate them (what are their top desires?
8. Develop an avatar for them
9. What else interests these women?

II. Competitive Analysis on Top 5 Competitors who Are servicing my target customer and providing Leadership Coaching, Leadership Training, Group Coaching, and Free Leadership Summits for women

1. Their brand names and what types of services do they offer
2. Product and Service differentiation
3. Brief summary with price points for each service and length of time

Be able to describe a person’s problem better than they can;I want to use the words that are in their head, the way that they describe their challenges, their fears, their struggles, and their goals, and what is important to them – the target customer. I want the problems, challenges, and goals to come from their lens and their words.
