Announcing an exciting and engaging opportunity for the right Social Media Savvy Community Manager with Customer Service Experience!
We are looking for a self-driven, upbeat and outgoing individual to manage our quickly growing social communities and take charge of our customer service. This position offers the opportunity for you to help engage, grow and support relationships with our past clients and community. Our perfect candidate is fluent in use of Facebook, Google +, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Photoshop and CRM follow up sequences.
You must have a basic working knowledge of Facebook Lists, Groups, Pages, Ads and Apps, MS Word, MS PPT, and MS Excel. Previous experience with Telesummits is a plus as well as video optimization.
You will be provided with excellent training and support but will be expected to self-manage your time and daily tasks. The perfect candidate is a self starter that flourishes without direct supervision.
If you require a daily list of tasks to do your job, this is not the right position for you. Your focus is in this position is results in the form of new clients and an engaged community that generates referrals.
You must be able to professionally engage past clients, as well as engage new social conversations in a professional, knowledgeable voice.
Daily Tasks will include:
Sourcing and posting content on both personal and business Facebook accounts.
Sourcing and posting content on Twitter account, increasing followers and building engagement.
Sourcing and posting content on Pinterest account, increasing followers and building engagement.
Sourcing and posting content on Linkedin account, increasing followers and building engagement.
Sourcing and posting content on Instagram, increasing followers and building followers and engagement.
Sourcing and posting content on Scoop.it, increasing followers and building engagement.
Engaging past clients in conversations and dialogue.
Engaging new leads and our community pages with content.
Networking with and motivating local referral partners.
Managing Facebook ads including image creation, ad copy, reporting and tracking.
Split testing lead generation apps.
Lead follow up, tracking and conversion
This position is being offered as a flex part time position with the opportunity to grow into a full time position.
