We are an Australian virtual bookkeeping company with 20+ clients, across various industries including hospitality, construction, manufacturing, and farming.
We are a friendly, easy going team of 7, working remotely both in Australia and Manila and we are looking for someone to join us.
This will be an autonomous role, along with support from within our company.
You will be completing weekly bookkeeping and payroll for a range of clients plus some rescue jobs for clients using Xero or MYOB and Receipt Bank.
You will prepare monthly IAS, quarterly and monthly BAS, super lodgements, fuel tax credits and job coding.
Pay increases and performance milestones are available for a proactive person who adds value to our clients' business.
You must be very organised, proactive and be able to manage your own workload and deadlines.
You will be responsible for multiple clients and need to have an exceptional and responsive customer service approach.
You will need to be great at problem solving, troubleshooting, process improvement and with a solid understanding of GST and payroll.
Your background
• 2+ years bookkeeping experience working with an Australian Bookkeeping firm, with multiple clients (this is essential)
• Certified Public Accountant
• Receipt Bank experience an advantage
• End to end experience using Xero required
• Experience using MYOB Account Right required
• Must be able to complete GST rec and BAS prep without supervision
• Experience with Xero add ons like Deputy, Tanda, Workflow Max a bonus
• Tech-savvy and great with spreadsheets
• GSuite experience an advantage
• Karbon Workflow Management experience a bonus
