Launch Manager

Margie Kwan at The EVP Co. is looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic Launch Manager to support the launch of our first Online Program.

Who you are
With solid experience in leading several launches of online courses or programs, preferably in the B2B Corporate space, you’re able to hit the ground running. You know first-hand what works and what doesn’t and you’ve learnt from the mistakes in the past. You’re a digital marketing whiz and someone who can come on board, quickly grasp what’s required and get the project moving.

We have aggressive deadlines for launch, and while you have a structured launch process to take a business from concept to launch, you are also able to flex your process to meet the unique needs and goals of the business. We already have the basic program content created (from a face-to-face program), it just needs to be adapted and turned into an online program (materials + videos etc.)

You’ll spearhead the project, taking the lead on strategy (with Margie) and own the project management. You’ll also be accountable for managing all resources required to complete the project – including managing Margie’s deliverables. Fluent business level English is required.

Project Scope
We’ve created a draft Launch strategy that need your input to review and refine.

Here’s an indicative outline of project scope and activities, though some activities may be added/changed once the final Launch Strategy is updated with your input.

Target dates:
• Open cart Monday 17 August
• Close cart Friday 4 September

1. Finalise and document Launch strategy and create project plan (in Asana)
2. Develop the Digital Marketing plan and sales funnel which may include
• Marketing and sales materials production – e-book, ppt decks, pdfs, landing pages etc.
Email marketing sequence
• Industry partner marketing
• Social media plan
• Content calendar
• Creation of social posts
• Posting
• Analysis and optimisation
• LinkedIn outreach
• Affiliate marketing
• Business case video series and masterclass on website
• Events: Roundtables and Webinars
• Client testimonial
3. Legal - T&C
4. Program material development
• Program documentation – worksheets etc.
• Video editing
5. Sales pages
• Payment gateway
• Logins - 12 months
6. Build the program portal (using Learndash)
• Site design and build
• Content upload
7. Create client onboarding process
• Onboarding email sequence
8. Create customer service process
• Develop the system
• Upsell opportunities to next program
9. Campaign review, Documentation and handover
• Create a launch system by documenting the project process that we can use for future launches
• Conduct analysis on what can be improved for next time
• Report on campaign analytics
• Handover/train the VA for ongoing management of the program

Other skills and resources
Of course we don’t expect that you will personally be executing on the entire project. We’re looking for someone who has an existing network or agency with the skills below to deliver on the program. Your network and/or agency should have a proven track record of delivering high quality outputs.

• Marketing Content and Program documentation production (Designer or VA)
• Copywriter
• Analytics
• LinkedIn outreach/business development
• Customer Service
• Other ad hoc tech integrations and automations (payment systems, member logins, etc)

VA Support
Ideally you already have a VA to support you in this project, who could continue to work with The EVP Co. after the launch project is complete. Alternatively, you recruit a suitable VA for the project and ongoing.

• Organised and systematic – enjoys creating systems and processes
• Attention to detail – likes to make sure all the I’s are dotted and t’s are crossed
• An eye for good design
