Amazon FBA and product sourcing expert

Hi, I’m searching for an expert on Amazon FBA and product sourcing. I need this person to be an expert on:
- Build the required structure to sell in Amazon FBA
- Identify strategic and profitable products to sell
- Identify product supplier/s
- How to get product from supplier to amazon warehouse and to buyer house (All shipping process)
- Support creating the whole business strategy
- Know how to run seller account
- Private label structure and strategy development and management
- You should be able to show me your strategy with real numbers and costs structure.
Very important: I need this person to prove evidence of history doing this king of work and success stories picking the right product and strategy. I need this person to be responsible and monitor product sale and improve strategy as required. My plan is to do a long-term business relationship, meaning, trust, be responsible, great communication, availability and strategic mindset are required and a must to achieve this long-term relationship. Salary is negotiable.
My native language is Spanish, so if you talk Spanish is a plus!
