**Wanted: RockStar Project Manager w/ High Attention to Detail

Hey there, Rockstar Project Manager

I am CEO of Langan Digital - a marketing and virtual summit company based in the US, who helps business owners build and grow their brand through virtual summits and advertising channels. We have experienced rapid growth over the last year, and we are growing our team and are looking for a full-time project manager to be a part of our family.

We're hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience delegating to staff members and working directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some overtime hours, especially around end-of-month deadlines.

Below is a list of potential tasks on a day-to-day basis :

Onboarding clients and setting up workflows in ----------
Setting expectations and guidelines for communication
Managing all aspects of our projects
--Developing goals and milestones and tracking their progress
--Holding clients and staff (including CEO) accountable to deliverables
--Communicating with and motivating staff and clients
--Keeping projects on time and on-budget
--Run regular coordination meetings with key members of the team
Must have experience in using :
--G-Suite
---------- (or similar project management tools)
--TimeDoctor (or similar time-tracking software)
---ActiveCampaign (preferred)
---InfusionSoft (preferred)
Administrative support
--Keeping track of expenses
--Client support
Assisting executives and staff with random tasks
Calling and communicating with clients (must speak fluent English - American accent preferred)
On-Call working hours are 8AM - 5PM (Pacific Standard Time)

We have several core members on our staff, including creative director, copywriter, designers, technical director and growing. We all feel like family, and anyone who we hire onto our team full-time, we want to be a part of that family.
