Full-time/Part-time VA to work on Data Tasks, Social Media and Outbound Calls

We are looking for a few team members to take full time and part time positions doing the following tasks. All positions have an opportunity to grow into 80 hour/month or more.

1). VA category A:

Duties: Outbound calls, Log leads into lead management software, Follow up with prospects via phone and email, Schedule and track marketing emails to leads, Perform preliminary research on leads, Schedule appointments, Screen messages and leads, Offer submission, and other specific FSBO tasks that clients would ask you to do.

Skills required: ability to build relationships with prospects over the phone.

Requirements: Must be a quick learner, sharp performer, have EXCELLENT verbal and written American English skills, with little or no foreign accent. Proficient in Microsoft Office systems. Eager to learn. Able to follow scripts, policies and workflows provided by the company. Able to work independently without constant management.

2). VA category B:

Duties: Social Media marketing: content research, scheduling posts, work with different online syndication tools; SEO building, article submission, blogging; Monitor the brand, interact with followers and fans, extend lists of followers.

Skills required: experience with content research, backlinks, main social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Google +, Twitter), creativity, designers skills are welcome, writing skills are welcome. Priority will be given to people who have their personal brand or business page or blog with good results to show for. Or examples of previous or current clients’ pages.

All positions require you to be sharp, open minded, ambitious, hard working and smart as our tasks are at times challenging and require critical thinking, logic and common sense!
