OPTIMIZATION AND RESEARCH SPECIALIST

THE OPPORTUNITY
The purpose of this role is to provide support in the ongoing optimization efforts related to improving the company’s payments systems. This position will conduct research, analyze data and reports and make recommendations for necessary process changes and alternative options for service.

REQUIREMENTS
-Strong project delivery skills
-Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Advanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of MS Office
-Able to meet and maintain productivity standards in a multitask environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Analyze drops (find reasons by checking reports and external research)
-Report to the Manager and Optimization Team with analysis results
-Help with setting pricing for merchants
-Activate payment options and make sure they work correctly, track the performance
-Answer detailed requests

WHO SHOULD APPLY
-Candidate with process review and / or auditing experience, as well as previous experience in analytical and systematic roles preferred
-Prior experience working on project teams with clear deliverables and deadlines
