A one off HR job, and if it goes well, we can do more together:
We are a friendly supportive firm of chartered accountants and business advisors.
We currently have an internal system where performance is measured by fee output only and a structured review plan for employees.
We want to develop a mixture of formal and informal performance management and including elements of client satisfaction, fee output and competencies such as teamwork, professionalism etc.
Our ask is that you develop a framework for this system. We are an organisation of 20 (so small) so this does not need to be elaborate it just needs to be straightforward and easy to use. I estimate this will take between 10 and 20 hours in total to do, but I will be working with you so we can keep up to date with each other.
