Property Researcher/Sourcer/Data Collection/Scraper - UK Property Market

I am looking for an assistant to research on the web for properties in the North East of England, UK. This will involve using websites like Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market to find properties that can be bought for below market value. This means I am looking for properties that need work done to them - either cosmetic or building work, or that can have value added to them buy building extra rooms to them, or converting them to vacation lets or shared houses which can be rented by the room.
You will need to find these properties and search comparables in the area to ensure we can offer below market value and make money back once refurbished. you should have attention to detail, be analytical and able to spot opportunities.
