Looking for VA (Virtual Assistant) for Growing E-Commerce Store

I’m looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and English proficient customer service rep for my e-commerce site.

Basic responsibilities include:

- maintaining positive attitude and exceptional, polite customer service response to customers
- managing and responding customer emails
- tracking customer orders and provide package info
- manage customer returns


Also looking for qualified candidates that can

- respond time live chat inquiries quickly within minutes
