We are looking for a Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help our customers list their products onto our brand new Marketplace platform.

What will you be doing as a Digital Onboarding Specialist?

The Onboarding Team assists customers as they load products to the marketplace and teach them how to use the platform to make their experience as simple and seamless as possible. Some of the tasks you will be required to do include:
? Manage and manipulate seller data for sellers in CSV or XLSX format.
? Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for sellers
? Provide ongoing technical support to live sellers on the platform
? Ensure data quality to review and approve products

Requirements

What would make you a good match
? Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in a complex onboarding, customer success or software implementation role, ideally in a SaaS company
? Strong Excel Skills; use of filters, formulas, find & replace, vlookups.
? Knowledge of online shopping core concepts, eCommerce platforms, online product merchandising
? Professional-level command of English, written and spoken, to communicate complex ideas in ways that are easy to understand
? Exceptional relationship building skills - you can easily build rapport and often make a customer’s day
? You pride yourself with strong project management skills and a high attention to detail
? You're motivated by a fast paced environment
