Part-Time to Full-Time - Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

Hello,
I’m looking for the right person to work with me/ assist me part-time and eventually full-time as we grow our E-commerce company. A job with me is ideal if you are a go-getter with a good attitude and mindset. I’m looking for someone who isn’t afraid of responsibility -- someone who has time and commitment to dedicate to this job, their personal growth, and their future -- someone who has drive and passion to constantly improve and to grow with our company.

Starting will be Part-Time, 2-4 hours a day eventually leading into Full-Time, 8 hours a day.

Main Tasks Include:
—Initially, most requested work will be handling customer support emails.
-Sending & replying to customers' requests, concerns, and questions daily.
-Communicating back and forth with our fulfillment center in regards to customers' concerns and returns daily.
-Keeping track of and managing this information daily.
—Recording profit and loss with refunds & returns via spreadsheet daily.
—Some admit work with Shopify.
-Updating product information daily.
—Social media management. (Facebook & Instagram)
-Creating and posting content.
-Sending & responding to concerns, comments and questions.


IMPORTANT: Because our company is small, your responsibilities will continue to expand and grow as our company continues to grow. Almost all of which will be taught and shown how to be done by me.


Qualifications
-A good mindset. Someone who is willing to work hard and grow with my company.
-Be tech Savvy 
-Preferably not in school and with no other full-time jobs.
-Able to work ~8am-4pm Eastern Standard Time
-Knowledge and previous experience with Shopify
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Experienced in customer service and replying to emails.
-Proficiency in writing.
-Some knowledge on how to use a spreadsheet
-Experience in handling customer service concerns.
-Experience with email marketing is a plus.
-Experience with social media (Facebook & Instagram)
-A laptop and cell phone with a good internet connection.


You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
