ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA), you will support all aspects of our marketing operations, and play a major role in growing our brand awareness within the digital space. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who has experience in social media management and digital ---------- this role, your responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing Content Creation -- Support weekly content development and repurposing to strengthen brand and customize content across platforms. Repurpose existing content across all communication and marketing avenues, such as watching Facebook Lives and repurposing content into Instagram quotables, shorter videos, content for weekly emails, etc., pulling out testimonials from existing chats or Facebook live videos, creating workshop topics, organizing content into units and/or shorter clips for use across digital platforms.
Data Analysis -- Pull trends from Facebook Live videos and comments to inform future content creation and marketing strategies. Create trackers, manage data entry, and analyze market data to synthesize trends and insights.
Online Community Management -- Manage all social media platforms, including two online communities. Welcome new members, upload content, track questions, and announce live workshops. Monitor social media conversations and identify actionable opportunities to respond and engage.
Livestream Support -- Provide hands on support for Facebook Live or other online streaming; including scheduling, tech support, ensuring links work, and monitoring the chat box and/or Q&A. Provide customer service, and partner on live direct message support, organizing pre-prepared and live questions that come through during the livestream.
Administrative Support -- Update and manage CRM (customer relationship management) tool, including manually entering new Facebook group member emails into Kajabi (email service provider). Link products to RewardStyle app, manage and document the client intake process, and capture and store notes during client calls. Provide support with calendaring and inbox management.

Additional Requirements include:

Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Keen eye for design aesthetics
Strong analytical skills
Experience designing materials with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator, with ability to convert word documents to Canva graphics using brand colors and fonts
Familiarity with digital course launches preferred
Familiarity with Kajabi preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite
Access to a computer and reliable wi-fi service

TIME COMMITMENT
This is a remote position that is available to start immediately, and scheduled to work approximately 10-20 hours per month. Hours are flexible, with some weekend work required for live support (Friday - Sunday).

This position offers an hourly pay rate commensurate with skills and experience.
