JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an assistant to help with my weekly tasks. I work for a mortgage company and will need help doing social media, weekly emails, and light database management.

For now this will be an hourly job but may turn into part time or even full time. Hours are negotiable, I don't need my assistant to work specific hours, just get projects done.

Below are the following tasks I will need assistance with:

•Writing articles 1x weekly to post on Linked, Active Rain

•Sending out weekly emails via Campaginer.com

•Posting mortgage articles, home improvement tips on
Facebook 2x weekly (Scheduling posts)

•Send out Cards Birthday Batch, Extra mailings (DBT)

•Sending out video marketing to list (DBT)

•Updating Database (ongoing)

•“Like” what realtors are saying on Facebook (Weekly check-up)

•Send out recipe card 3x per year to database (need to update the database)

•Forward any important emails to my personal account
