Project Manager and Customer Support with WordPress and Marketing Experience

We’re looking for a stellar customer support person who has top notch written English skills and past experience with WordPress, Graphic Design, and Marketing.

We need you to help us out Monday - Friday between 9am - 1pm (Chicago time).

If things go well then these hours could change to 9am - 5pm, so you must be okay with potentially working up until 5pm (Chicago time).

The job requires you to wear several different hats within our team. You’ll be replying to new customer emails, managing customer projects (mostly WordPress but some Graphic Design and Marketing), and managing contractors on our team.

You’ll be joining 2 other people who already help us with some of these responsibilities, but we need more help!
