We are looking for an experienced and passionate Multimedia Creative Designer/Social Media Specialist/Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Multimedia Creative Designer/Social Media Specialist/Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for implementing our Multimedia Content/Digital Marketing/Social Media engagement strategies in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts for our business. The ideal candidate will be working closely with our Marketing, Engagement, and Creative Content departments.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t back down to a challenge and is motivated to get results. This role will report directly to the leaders of the company and will require someone with an incredibly strong sense of accountability, initiative and team-oriented. We are looking for someone excited to work in a fast-paced, talented, and fun team. Supervision will be minimal. Hours are flexible insomuch as your tasks are completed on a timely schedule. The job will be 60% multimedia creative design/management, 20% social media management/digital marketing, and 20% content (blogs) management, virtual assistant/customer service support for online store.
Pay will be based on monthly rate with semi-annual performance bonuses being awarded. This role is vital to the businesses success and comes with a high level of trust.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create graphic designs and videos to support merchandise, digital marketing, and social media engagement content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premier, Wondershare, etc.
2. Manage website blog pages and newsletter articles
3. Implement and manage our digital marketing and advertising strategies
4. Manage and oversee social media content and engagement on
5. Participate in social media post discussions with online fans.
6. Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
7. Use digital marketing/advertising management tools such as
8. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
9. Collaborate with Marketing & Sales and Product Development teams
10. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

7. 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist. Marketing Specialist,
8. 3+ years of experience with multimedia creative content design using one or more of these tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Wondershare, Adobe Premier, Doodly, etc
9. 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant with skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets
10. Excellent knowledge and working experience of
11. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
12. Understanding or experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
13. Excellent multitasking skills
14. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
15. Team player
16. Good time-management skills
17. Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
18. BS degree in Marketing, Content Writing, Digital Multimedia, or equivalent
