Looking for an Expert in Local SEO (GMBs, on-page, off-page, PBNs, citations, etc.)

I have 5 WordPress websites with GMB (google my business) profiles that I created for rank and rent. They were created to rank the sites on the 1st page of Google and rank the GMB in the 3-pack (also known as the snack pack and map pack). Once they are ranking, then I will sell the leads to a local business on a monthly basis.

I am looking for someone that is an expert in local SEO -- on-page, off-page, PBNs, citations, GMB optimization and ranking, link building, etc. I would prefer someone that would like to work for a base + bonus structure so that you can get paid for performing well, but I am open to someone looking for a flat fee per month. My rate is negotiable, but if you are looking to get paid more then I will be looking for results.

If you are not familiar with local SEO, the rank and rent model, GMBs, or any of the items I listed above, please do not apply. I will be requesting proof of sites that you have ranked on the 1st page of Google and/or GMBs that you have ranked in the 3-pack.

My intention is to build out additional sites if I can rent these ones out, so I am looking for a long term partner that knows what he/she is doing.
