We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager who can elevate our brand presence, increase engagement, and drive growth across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, audience engagement, and social media strategy while ensuring our messaging aligns with our Company's brand identity, voice, and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow and engage our audience.
• Manage day-to-day content scheduling and posting on Instagram,
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and social media insights to optimize content performance.
• Develop campaigns that align with the Company's financial empowerment and business coaching mission.
Content Creation & Curation:
• Create and oversee the production of engaging graphics, captions, videos, and Reels that reflects with our brand identity and voice.
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer & Content Creator to ensure high-quality visuals and videos.
• Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, and courses) into bite-sized, shareable clips for social media.
• Write compelling and SEO-friendly captions, headlines, and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
Community Engagement & Growth:
• Proactively engage with followers, clients, and potential leads by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
• Build relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant communities to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation, ensuring a positive and professional social media presence.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth) to refine strategies.
• Provide regular performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Expertise in Instagram,
• Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience engagement.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing tools.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions, headlines, and brand messaging.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting social media metrics.
• A proactive and creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas to the brand.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in paid social media advertising
• Knowledge of automation tools is a bonus.
