The Role
Currently, the Scout Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator on a full-time project basis. This offshore role will see you supporting both of our Canadian and Australian teams. The office you'll be based in is located at The Penbrothers International, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan 1 Tower, United Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
As a key member of our team, you will work alongside a global team of specialists with the primary responsibility of helping our clients to find their ideal candidate by screening the candidates that have been sourced for a role.
Your more typical responsibilities in this role will include:
-Working with our team of shortlisting specialists to establish what our ideal candidate looks like.
-Managing multiple candidate pools using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
-Screening applications based on application questions as well as the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and behaviours.
-Providing feedback to our team on the quality of candidates applying while also highlighting the top candidates.
-Carrying out additional administrative tasks as they are needed.
About You
As our ideal candidate for this role, you'll join us with previous recruitment experience along with the ability to establish the needs of our various clients. Previous experience using an applicant tracking system is an asset.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be a quick learner with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form. You'll also have excellent attention to detail ensuring your success as you review applications and determine who the top candidates are. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities will serve you well in this role as well as you work on many different campaigns in both Australia and Canada while also keeping the broader team of specialists updated on the progress that you are making.
