Virtual Assistant/ Store Manager

Help me open and manage an Amazon store. I am looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience working with Amazon. Must have references. I am looking for someone that I can do continued business with that can help me find the best outsourcing deals for my budget. I need someone with integrity, someone who is reliable with emails, is knowledgeable about Amazon tools, knows how to spot products that will make a profit, knows Amazon's policies and procedures, and can offer me knowledge as a new store owner. If you can help me gain a profit within one month, I will give you a raise in the next month.
