Social Media Coordinator

San Antonio based app company seeks a Social Media Coordinator

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
?Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
?Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
?Curate and manage all published content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
?Working with the design team to create social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
?Stay informed on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
?Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
?Provide customer service chat support and other CSR duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
?2 years of social media management experience.
?High School Diploma or equivalent.
?Fluent in English
?Ability to quickly learn new software programs and/or functions and upgrades
?Adaptable - willing and open to change, be flexible in a variety of situations
?Collaborative - be a team player giving and receiving input, willing to compromise & cooperate
?Demonstrate ownership – be a forward thinker who takes initiative

Preferred Qualifications:
?3 to 5 years of social media management experience.
?Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, marketing, or related field
?Graphic design and/or Adobe Photoshop skills a plus.
?Content/Copywriting skills a plus.

Pay based on qualifications: $3.00 to $5.00 per hour.
