Inventory Manager with Shopify Experience

Our company, Velvet Caviar, designs and sells fashionable tech accessory products online, totaling over 2,000 SKUs across many color and size variations. An expert Inventory Manager is needed to help in updating accurate stock, improving re-order accuracy, supervising shipments, and improving inventory management systems. You will work directly with the Product Director & Warehouse Manager for support. This is a long term, full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Update stock on Shopify using 3PL data
- Audit purchase orders’ shipment accuracy
- Track PO production status & deadlines
- Identify low stock risk items & replenish
- Assist forecast and build purchase orders
- Improve technology for inventory control

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of inventory mgmt. experience
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly accurate, quick, and organized
- Highly analytical & strong mathematics
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Preferred: used Shopify & inventory software
- Available remotely 10 am - 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Should have complete equipment for a work from home job
