Legal Assistant

MIU EPSTEIN LAW focuses on intellectual property/business law matters and is currently looking for a part time legal assistant to help with lead generation.

Tasks involved will be to verify trademark information on an excel spreadsheet with the current records on the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Thereafter, the legal assistant will be responsible for inputting information into a template letter and prepare letter to be sent to potential clients.

Job may lead to more hours and tasks depending on quality of work. Please include your experience, especially any intellectual property/trademark experience including any proficiency with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
