FB Ads Manager

Looking for a FB Ads manager. Someone who is proactive in understanding target markets, retargeting, tracking performance numbers. Bonus if you have copywriting skills. Double bonus if you can use kajabi and have the ability to create landing pages.

I'd like to see proof of growth, sales improvements, and ability to use tools manychat to improve webinar attendance, etc.
Must have diligent, proven expertise in tracking and improving:

Cost Per Click
Pixels
Cost Per Lead
Conversion on Landing Page
CTR
Testing different ads
