Superstar Unicorn VA Specializing in WordPress, video editing and website basic maintenance

We are looking for an ongoing full time freelancer to maintain and add content to our websites for our online horse riding programs.

We need someone to update plugins, post blogs (you don't need to create them, just post them into a template) and implement page designs to our wordpress site.

We need someone who can think outside the box, ask good questions and make our website run smoothly.

We would also like someone with some photoshop/photo editing skills, but more importantly video editing skills.

Key Skills:
- Can design Wordpress site mock designs using Photoshop
- Can do on-site Wordpress SEO optimization
- Can maintain, secure and optimize Wordpress sites
- Can convert static HTML site to Wordpress
- We use Divi theme so knowledge of this theme would also be useful
- Photoshop or other photo editing knowledge
- Video Editing
- Search Engine Optimization

Communication is the most important part of our business, so we need someone who will ask for help if they need it, communicate what is possible and what is possible, give time frames for their work and stick to it, and gives good reports and asks questions that will help them in this role.

Currently we have full time work for the successful applicant, but sometimes the work will be sporadic as the need arose.

If we find a superstar to join our team it is possible we will be able to increase the weekly hours on a more permanent basis.

- Understanding of what plugins work well within wordpress, Divi theme and AccessAlly/Progressally

Currently we have a number of different website including Upgrade to see actual info and our membership website Upgrade to see actual info which need some upgrading and maintaining and a web developer who can maintain the plugins and website features and troubleshoot when things go wrong.

The duties will be to start with:
- Ensuring the plugins are working as they should within Divi theme
- Ensuring the website is mobile friendly
- Troubleshooting and problem solving if parts of the website are not working as they should
- Editing members videos using a template intro/outro and publishing on vimeo and in the website

In the future we would have you working on:
- Membership website upgrade suggestions including making our bonuses for members really attractive
- Membership website overhaul and making sure the website is mobile friendly including streamlining the membership areas
- Suggestions for quizzes and making these user friendly and attractive
- Other website maintenance and development

We need someone who understands the backend of websites, how servers perform, is fluent in English (so communication is easy between us and the CTO), is willing to learn but has the basic skills already mastered, and someone who can communicate what is possible, what can be done and work within timelines.

We'd also like technical performance diagnostic review and for the implementation of dashboards to be put in place (notifications/ping if something wrong/server response times, downtime).
