This role is all about helping Australian residential customers by going Solar.
Key Responsibilities for Telesales Process:-
1. Cold calling Australian residential customers (Data, CRM & Calling System will be provided to you).
2. Build rapport with customer.
3. Establish a connection with customer
- by gaining customer's confidence
- by ensuring customer that you are here to genuinely help them in understanding how solar works and how solar can be beneficial for them.
- quickly grab customer's attention by briefing them on
{how solar works}
{how they can save money with solar panels}
{ how solar panels pays for it's own cost in 5 to 7 years}
{good quality solar panels lasts up-to 25-30 years}
4. Discuss Benefits of Solar Panels for Australian home owners
- solar rebates and incentives helps reduce the cost of solar panels.
- Save money on electricity bills.
- Reduced carbon emissions will help saving the planet.
- $0 Deposit option to get solar panels.
- Solar pays for its own cost in 5-7 years.
- Good quality Solar panels last up to 25-30 years.
5. Explain some calculations to customers {we will train you on all Calculations}
- such as how they can save money and pay for their solar in 5-7 years from the savings in their electricity bill.
AND/OR
- how customer's can utilize their existing expense of electricity bills to establish an asset (solar panels) for their home and pay it off in 5/7 years and then reap benefits for up-to 25/30 years.
6. Handle customer Objections and take the conversation to next level.
Typical customer objections: {we will train you on all objection handlers}
- I need cheaper solar panels
- solar is not for me
- I will not be able to save much with solar
- I cannot afford solar
- Solar is too expensive to install
- There are no government rebates available
etc.
7. Close the sale
8. Arrange customer documentation and Pics for installation process
9. Work with installation team to arrange installation process related admin tasks for sales.
We will provide you with training and ongoing support.
Miscellaneous tasks related to sales process: -
1. Tele-sales/Telemarketing to Australian residential customers.
2. Give a solar sales presentation to potential clients.
3. Close sales over the phone.
4. Send
5. Arrange from customer miscellaneous documents & pics for solar system requirements.
6. Manage your CRM and Customer Data.
7. Analyse electricity bills and determine suitable solar panels for customer.
8. Calculate average savings per-annum.
9. Calculate solar finance repayments.
10. All admin tasks given by your manager.
11. Any other miscellaneous task related to solar panels sales process as directed by your manager.
12. Attend inbound customer calls and convert into sales.

Remuneration:-
Salary - Negotiable depending on experience.
