Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant

I require an assistant capable of determining the best approach and product to sell on Amazon FBA. I will also need assistance in creating and executing this product into a full-fledge business requiring sourcing a manufacturer and devising the best approach to the market (ie retail arbitrage, wholesale, or private labeling). I heavily prefer an experienced person who has done these types of businesses in the past and can successfully execute my wishes.
