Jo Pink Unleashed is expanding its team and we are looking for dynamic, smart people with a true sense of urgency.
The following are the positions wanted:
Affiliate Ambassador
The Affiliate Ambassador is responsible for the management of our online affiliate program. The Affiliate Ambassador will be responsible for developing and building current and new relationships with affiliates across multiple niche markets using "best practices".
This individual will manage the relationships with affiliate, media and tracking services. The ideal candidate for this role will utilize research to stay on top of trends within the company industry to identify consumer wants and to connect and build strong relationships within the affiliate network. This individual will be in constant communication with inside teams and our extended network. A vivacious personality and a true love of helping people is a must!
Main responsibilities include:
o Identifying and recruiting new affiliates
o Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates
o Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions
o Reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity
o Maintaining on-going communication campaigns
o Identifying and implementing other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
o Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements
o Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
o Monitoring and reporting on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions
* Developing and implementing communication strategy for bonding and educational purposes.
Vital Skills and Qualifications:
o Experience growing affiliate network
o Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
o Self-motivated with ability to work independently
o Strong communication, organizational and project implementation skills
o Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
* Must know and love Infusionsoft
* At least one year experience in the online affiliate world
We are looking for great people. Everyone works from home - yay! You do not need to work "full time". However, you must have your own working computer and phone. You must be a true ambassador for Jo Pink Unleashed and come with impeccable references. This is a commission-based position.

I think you get the point - sell me on your passion and your skills.
Here's what I need:
• A cover letter, explaining why you want to be part of an extraordinary team. This letter should also include the following:
- Your passions
- Proof of your mastery. For example, if you have been working in customer care for 10 years or an expert Project Manager in the online field, share all the computer programs you know that you would use to excel at your position. This would include things like Zendesk, Word, Excel, etc . . .
- Minimum and maximum number of hours a week you would like to work.
• A resume. I do want to look over what you have done in your career so far.
• A "Brag Sheet". This includes all your extras - if you speak multiple languages, if you have climbed Mount Everest, if you can tango. This sheet should include all of the accomplishments you are proud of.
• The name of the last business book you read.
This is important. In your letter, include ALL your masteries. So, if you are a great assistant and know Infusionsoft and love customer care and can manage outsourcers, tell me.
Do not leave any stone unturned. You will only get one shot at this.
